Adding quality to your life

When beginning and maintaining a business relationship between customer and producer this is, in our view, about more than just top quality products. In addition to our added values in the area of presentation, promotion, sale and support the whole process also plays an important part. This process in fact includes production, quality control, order processing and supply. Hebe, HebeDonna® and Campanula are produced to a high quality geared to the market and are highly valued for their quality, long flowering time, great abundance of flowers and very wide product range. This combination of product and process quality is in our view an essential contribution to the continuity of your business management and our relationship. Throughout the entire process from seed to sales trolley the quality is constantly checked. In addition plant breeders are continuously working on the hybridization and selection process to repeatedly introduce new and abundantly-flowering varieties. We see it as our duty to regularly offer the trade innovations, so that they too continue to attract their customers.

Assurance through the quality system

Process and product quality must be assured and visible to the customers. This is why in the summer of 2007 Addenda® set up the Quality Work Group. This has defined quality standards for all the products and, in cooperation with responsible experts from FloraHolland, a monitoring programme as well. The latter means that a quality controller from FloraHolland inspects the processes and products at the growers a few times during the season in accordance with the defined standards. The report on these inspection visits is analysed and interpreted in order to constantly refine the quality policy.
