Hebe are not entirely hardy annual plants and can resist temperatures of approximately -3° C without protection depending on local circumstances.

Regular watering is important. At high temperatures or in full sunlight considerable watering is required every 2 to 3 days.

Regular fertilizing is important. Provide extra fertilizer every 2 weeks. Use a formula for "patio and terrace plants".

Standing water in the (over)pot is bad for plant development. Ensure good & adequate water drainage.
